CLOUDS AWAY. A FEW SITES IN THE ALLEGHENIES HAVE ALREADY SET NEW
RECORD LOW TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING.

THE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD RIGHT OVER THE REGION
TODAY...PROVIDING PLENTY OF SUNSHINE. DESPITE THE SUNSHINE...THE
HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY REBOUND TO THE UPPER 30S IN THE FAR
NORTH AND NEAR 50 DEGREES IN THE FAR SOUTH. THESE HIGHS ARE ABOUT
15 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.

AFTER ANOTHER VERY COLD NIGHT...THURSDAY WILL FEATURE FAIR SKIES

THE FRONT WILL SLOWLY MOVE ACROSS THE KEYSTONE STATE TODAY.
