THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
INTO WESTERN KANSAS DURING THE EVENING...WITH THOSE STORMS LIFTING
TO THE NORTH OVERNIGHT. MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST ALONG THE
WARM FRONT AFTER MIDNIGHT...DEVELOPING FROM WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA
