RAIN WILL TAPER OFF TONIGHT ACROSS EASTERN SECTIONS AS AN AREA OF
LOW PRESSURE TRACKS NORTHEAST. OTHERWISE...SOME DRIZZLE IS
EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT WITH LOW TEMPERATURES IN THE MID AND UPPER
40S.

UNSETTLED WEATHER WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE REGION FOR THURSDAY
AND INTO FRIDAY. A SERIES OF DISTURBANCES WILL TRACK JUST TO OUR
SOUTH AND EAST ALONG A STALLED FRONTAL BOUNDARY OFFSHORE. THIS
WILL RESULT IN INTERMITTENT LIGHT RAIN AND DRIZZLE ACROSS THE
REGION. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO AVERAGE WELL BELOW NORMAL
THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK.

A SERIES OF LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS WILL PASS TO THE SOUTH OF LONG
ISLAND THROUGH THURSDAY. THE RESULT WILL BE A GRAY AND DAMP TO
OCCASIONALLY WET COUPLE OF DAYS OVER THE TRI-STATE. IT WILL ALSO BE
RATHER COOL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR...WITH HIGHS MAINLY IN THE LOWER
TO MID 50S...WHICH IS 10 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.

ANOTHER LOW WILL TRACK FROM NEAR THE MID ATLANTIC COAST THURSDAY
NIGHT INTO NEW ENGLAND BY SATURDAY. THE RESULT WILL BE CONTINUED
UNSETTLED WEATHER AND BELOW NORMAL DAYTIME HIGHS THROUGH THE END OF
THE WEEK.

A STALLED FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL REMAIN JUST OFFSHORE DURING TONIGHT
KEEPING CLOUDS AND LOW LEVEL MOISTURE IN PLACE. TEMPERATURES WILL
REMAIN NEAR NORMAL TONIGHT WITH AREAS OF PATCHY FOG...ALONG WITH
LIGHT RAIN AND DRIZZLE.

A SERIES OF LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONTAL
BOUNDARY THROUGH THE MID WEEK. THESE DISTURBANCES WILL BRING THE
ONGOING CHANCE OF RAIN AND DRIZZLE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO AVERAGE BELOW NORMAL THROUGH THE
PERIOD...WITH DAYTIME TEMPERATURES AVERAGING 10 TO 15 DEGREES
BELOW NORMAL.

CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEMS APPROACHES FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...KEEPING THE
WEATHER UNSETTLED ACROSS THE AREA.

FRONT LIES JUST TO OUR SOUTH. IT WILL BE MOSTLY CLOUDY AS AN AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE FORMS ALONG THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY OVER THE
TENNESSEE VALLEY AND HEADS TOWARD OUR AREA. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE
FOR RAIN...MAINLY AFTER MIDNIGHT. THERE WILL BE A PERIOD OF
MODERATE RAIN THAT WILL BEGIN BEFORE SUNRISE. LOWS WILL BE AT OR
SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR...UPPER 40S TO LOWER
50S ACROSS THE REGION.

UNSETTLED CONDITIONS WILL LAST THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK WITH
PERHAPS A BRIEF RESPITE TUESDAY NIGHT AS THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY

MORNING HOURS WITH PRIMARILY DRY AFTERNOONS...BUT A SHOWER CANNOT
BE COMPLETELY RULED OUT. TUESDAY WILL PROBABLY BE THE WETTER OF
THE TWO DAYS. HIGH TEMPERATURES BOTH DAYS WILL BE BELOW NORMAL
