SEVERE STORMS AND HEAVY RAINFALL FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN
MISSOURI. THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY EXITED TO THE SOUTHEAST OF THE
AREA DURING THE LATE EVENING HOURS AND RAINFALL HAS BEEN GRADUALLY
TAPERING OFF FROM WEST TO EAST DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

NORTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO FILTER COLDER AIR INTO THE REGION
TODAY. LIGHT RAIN WILL EXIT TO THE EAST BY THE MID TO LATE
MORNING HOURS WITH AT LEAST PARTIAL CLEARING EXPECTED ACROSS THE
AREA THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES WILL STRUGGLE TO WARM
TODAY...WITH HIGHS GENERALLY IN THE UPPER 40S TO LOWER 50S.

COLDER AIR WILL STICK AROUND INTO THE THE FIRST HALF OF THE
UPCOMING WEEKEND. HIGHS ON FRIDAY WILL ONCE AGAIN REACH THE UPPER
40S TO LOWER 50S...SOME 10 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE FOR LATE
