GRADUALLY IMPROVE. EXPECT WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES BETWEEN A HALF
MILE AND ONE MILE THROUGH THE NOON HOUR. THERE WILL ALSO BE AREAS
OF DENSE FOG AND DRIZZLE THAT MAY LOWER VISIBILITIES TO A QUARTER
MILE AT TIMES. LOW LYING AREAS WILL BE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE FOR
THE REST OF THE MORNING SO ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME AND BE PREPARED
