BRISK NORTHERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH...WITH SOME GUSTS UP TO 30
MPH...CONTINUES TO CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW
REDUCING VISIBILITIES AND IMPACTING ROAD CONDITIONS. AS SNOW
CRYSTALS BLOW ACROSS ROADWAYS...THE CRYSTALS CAN STICK TO PAVEMENT
CAUSING OFF AND ON POOR DRIVING CONDITIONS. CONDITIONS WILL
IMPROVE LATER THIS AFTERNOON BETWEEN 3 PM AND 6 PM WHEN THE WINDS
DECREASE. BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...AS WELL AS FALLING SNOW WILL
BECOME A PROBLEM AGAIN SATURDAY NIGHT. IN FACT THAT EVENT COULD
CAUSE MORE WIDESPREAD TRAVEL PROBLEMS THEN THIS ONE.
