AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA THIS MORNING. WEATHER OBSERVATIONS WERE OCCASIONALLY
INDICATING VISIBILITIES AS LOW AS ONE-QUARTER MILE AT TIMES. AREAS
OF FOG WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 8 AM...AND WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES
TO ONE QUARTER MILE IN SOME LOCATIONS. VISIBILITIES WILL RAPIDLY
IMPROVE AFTER 8 AM...AS TEMPERATURES BEGIN TO CLIMB. MOTORISTS
SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES OVER SHORT
DISTANCES.
