DEVELOP IN ADVANCE OF THIS SYSTEM TONIGHT...WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN
OCCURRING BETWEEN I-70 AND THE OHIO RIVER. TOTAL RAINFALL ACROSS
THIS AREA WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
