THE COMBINATION OF WET GROUND FROM THE RAIN YESTERDAY...LIGHT
WINDS...AND BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS...HAS ALLOWED AREAS OF FOG TO
DEVELOP OVERNIGHT. THE FOG IS LOCALLY DENSE...REDUCING THE
VISIBILITY TO ONE-QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

MOTORISTS SHOULD SLOW DOWN...USE LOW-BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND ALLOW
EXTRA TRAVEL TIME EARLY THIS MORNING.
