COUNCIL BLUFFS. THROUGH 9 PM...SOME INTENSE BURSTS OF SNOW COULD
OCCUR WITHIN THIS BAND. AND COMBINED WITH NORTH WINDS GUSTING OVER
30 MPH...VISIBILITIES COULD BE REDUCED TO A HALF MILE OR LESS FOR
