AT 445 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER CRUMPTON...OR 16 MILES
NORTHEAST OF CENTERVILLE...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.

VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS...WHICH WILL
REDUCE THE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN A MILE AND COULD RESULT IN
PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS.

IN ADDITION...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH ARE
