AT 315 AM EST...A BAND OF LIGHT SNOW WAS LOCATED FROM EASTERN
KENTUCKY THROUGH THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF WEST VIRGINIA. THIS BAND
WILL GRADUALLY DRIFT EAST-SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS AND THEN START TO DIMINISH BY DAYBREAK.  GENERALLY LESS THAN
AN INCH IS EXPECTED.  THIS LIGHT COATING OF SNOW WILL MAKE UNTREATED
ROADWAYS AND WALKWAYS SLIPPERY.

THIS WILL IMPACT THE FOLLOWING INTERSTATES...I-64 BETWEEN MILE
MARKERS 44 AND 57 IN WEST VIRGINIA...I-77 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 96 AND
116 IN WEST VIRGINIA...I-79 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 1 AND 68...THE WEST
