This request is in support of emergency marine salvage operation
being overseen by the USCG of a 480 cargo ship that recently suffered
an engine room fire and loss of propulsion.  The ship is under tow
and its current location is approximately 89 NM WNW of Point Reyes.
This operation will likely occur over the next 24-48 hours and will
include dead ship towing operations into San Francisco Bay and an
at-sea boarding by USCG emergency responders in the vicinity of the
Sea Buoy 37deg 45.0N, 122deg 41.57W, approx 11NM WSW of the Golden
Gate Bridge tomorrow morning.

In addition to this Spot Forecast request for the Sea Buoy location
provided above, an Area forecast is also requested for the ships
transit route from its current location into San Francisco Bay.

In addition to the forecast elements requested sky/weather,
temperature, 20 wind, swell height, period and wind waves, please
include visibility.
