  SOUTHEASTERN ADAMS COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN COLORADO...

* UNTIL 545 PM MDT

* AT 516 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER
  SHAMROCK...OR 27 MILES SOUTH OF FORT MORGAN...MOVING EAST AT 20
  MPH.

  HAZARD...70 MPH WIND GUSTS.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED. DAMAGE TO POWER POLES IN CENTRAL ADAMS
           COUNTY HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH THE OUTFLOW WINDS FROM THIS
           THUNDERSTORM.

  IMPACT...EXPECT CONSIDERABLE TREE DAMAGE. DAMAGE IS LIKELY TO
           MOBILE HOMES...ROOFS AND OUTBUILDINGS.

  HAZARD...HALF DOLLAR SIZE HAIL.

  SOURCE...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS. A SPOTTER IN STRASBURG REPORTED
           ONE INCH DIAMETER HAIL AT 430 PM MDT. WEB CAMERAS VIEWING
           THIS STORM HAVE ALSO SHOWN BRIEF FUNNEL CLOUD DEVELOPMENT
           ON THE SOUTHERN EDGE OF THIS THUNDERSTORM.

  IMPACT...DAMAGE TO VEHICLES IS EXPECTED.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  HOYT AND LEADER.

A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. TORNADOES CAN
DEVELOP QUICKLY FROM SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. ALTHOUGH A TORNADO IS NOT
IMMEDIATELY LIKELY...IF ONE IS SPOTTED...ACT QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A
PLACE OF SAFETY INSIDE A STURDY STRUCTURE...SUCH AS A BASEMENT OR
SMALL INTERIOR ROOM.

PREPARE IMMEDIATELY FOR LARGE HAIL AND DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND
