  EASTERN BURKE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 615 PM EDT

* AT 529 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF SARDIS...OR 11 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WAYNESBORO...AND
  MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* SOME COMMUNITIES IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE SARDIS AND GIRARD.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IN ADDITION TO LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS...CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO
