.ANOTHER ARCTIC AIRMASS WILL SPREAD SOUTH OVER THE REGION TODAY
AND TONIGHT.  DUE TO THE APPROACH OF AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM,
A MIX OF FREEZING RAIN, SLEET AND SNOW IS EXPECTED TO FALL OVER
PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND WEST TEXAS.

FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WILL BE POSSIBLE FIRST OVER THE SOUTHEAST
NEW MEXICO PLAINS, NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN AND WESTERN LOW ROLLING
PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON.  AS COLD AIR FILTERS FURTHER SOUTH THIS
EVENING AND TONIGHT, FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WILL BE POSSIBLE
ACROSS THE REST OF THE SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS, UPPER TRANS
PECOS AND PERMIAN BASIN.  A TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS OF ICE
ACCUMULATION WILL BE POSSIBLE BEFORE PRECIPITATION CHANGES TO
