TEMPERATURES ROSE ABOVE FREEZING ON MONDAY IN MUCH OF EASTERN
PENNSYLVANIA AND IN ALL OF NEW JERSEY, DELAWARE AND NORTHEASTERN
MARYLAND. THERE WAS A FAIR AMOUNT OF RUNOFF FROM MELTING SNOW AND
ICE.

STANDING WATER ON ROADS, WALKWAYS AND PARKING LOTS BEGAN TO
FREEZE THIS EVENING. OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES SHOULD FALL INTO THE
SINGLE DIGITS IN THE POCONOS AND NORTHERN NEW JERSEY, AND INTO THE
10 TO 20 DEGREE RANGE ELSEWHERE.

IF YOU WILL BE GOING OUT OVERNIGHT OR ON TUESDAY MORNING, BE
