OF THE STORM...AS WELL AS THE PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS AND TYPES.
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL...SNOWFALL ALONG WITH AREAS OF SLEET AND
OR FREEZING RAIN ARE POSSIBLE. IF CONFIDENCE IN SNOWFALL AND OR ICE
