* AT 521 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
  UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF OF UP TO LOCALLY 1 TO 2 INCHES IS EXPECTED
OVER THE AREA. THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN
URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS
WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

THUNDERSTORM WILL BE THE POTENTIAL FOR VERY LOCALIZED HEAVY
RAINFALL AND STREET FLOODING.

MEMORIAL DAY...

BANDS OF TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE REGION. WHILE THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WILL
BE VERY LOCALIZED, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR A FEW LOCATIONS TO RECEIVE
2+ INCHES OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. RAINFALL OF THIS MAGNITUDE
