YORK...EASTERN NEW YORK AND SOUTHERN VERMONT.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

SCATTERED NON SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED INTO EARLY THIS
EVENING...MAINLY FROM AROUND INTERSTATE 90 AND THE CAPITAL
DISTRICT THROUGH THE BERKSHIRES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS MONDAY INTO MONDAY EVENING.
THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK THAT A FEW OF THE THUNDERSTORMS COULD
BECOME SEVERE.

HEAT INDICES COULD APPROACH OR EXCEED 100 DEGREES ACROSS THE MID
HUDSON VALLEY MONDAY AFTERNOON. SHOULD CONDITIONS BECOME MORE
CERTAIN...A HEAT ADVISORY WOULD BE ISSUED.

THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY AND
FRIDAY...MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE EXPECTED WITH A COLD FRONT MONDAY
AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING. EARLY INDICATIONS ARE STORMS MAY HAVE
THE POTENTIAL OF BECOMING STRONG TO SEVERE. IN ADDITION,
CONDITIONS WILL BE HOT AND HUMID AHEAD OF THE FRONT MONDAY WITH
HEAT INDICES IN THE LOW TO MID 90S ACROSS MOST OF THE SOUTHERN
TIER OF NEW YORK THROUGH NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.
