...The flood advisory continues for the Ohio River...
  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County

. Widespread moderate to heavy rain over the past 24 to 36
hours combined with large amounts of snow melt across the
region are creating large rises all through the Monongahela
River basin. These rises are sufficient to cause the Ohio
River at the Point in Pittsburgh to rise above 18.0 feet
flooding the Monongahela River Parking Wharf.

The Ohio river at the Point in Pittsburgh is expected to
crest later today at 23.0 feet. This stage will put 1 foot
of water on the 10th Street Bypass.
