  UP TO 25 MPH.

* TIMING...A DRY COLD FRONT OVER LAKE ERIE LATE THIS MORNING WILL
  PUSH SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE DISTRICT THIS AFTERNOON AND INCREASE
  THE WIND OUT OF THE WEST-NORTHWEST. THE FULL SUN...GUSTY WIND
  AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DRY OUT THE LEAF LITTER AND OTHER
  FINE FUELS EFFICIENTLY. AFTER SUNSET...THE WIND WILL DIMINISH
  AND HUMIDITY WILL RISE...CALMING THE THREAT FOR FIRE SPREAD.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 23 PERCENT.

* WIND...WEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH FROM MID AFTERNOON INTO EARLY
  EVENING WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 OR 25 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...DROPPING TO 20 TO 25 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* TEMPERATURES...AFTERNOON HIGHS GENERALLY FROM 75 TO 80 DEGREES.

* IMPACTS...ANY WILDFIRES THAT DEVELOP DURING THE AFTERNOON WILL
  HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO SPREAD RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT
