  AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING
  IS ALREADY OCCURRING.

  BOSWELL...WITH OVER 1 INCH ESTIMATED IN AREAS FROM GARRETT TO
