The National Weather Service in Pocatello has extended the

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Snowmelt in...
  Eastern Caribou County in southeastern Idaho...

* Until noon MDT Tuesday

* At 1154 AM MDT, emergency management reported minor snowmelt
  flooding continuing along the Blackfoot River from the Monsanto
  Haul Road upstream to the Blackfoot Narrows. No immediate impacts
  were observed other than low lying seepage in pasture lands
  adjacent to the river.

This includes the following streams and drainages...Trail
Creek...Dry Valley Creek...Slug Creek and Blackfoot River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* Flood Advisory for...
  Davidson County in Middle Tennessee...
  West central Sumner County in Middle Tennessee...
  South central Robertson County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 330 PM CDT

* At 1235 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and isolated
  thunderstorms with heavy downpours that will cause minor flooding
  in the advisory area. Since the ground is already saturated from
  earlier rainfall, you can expect these downpours to produce rapid
  run off and minor flooding, especially in low lying and poorly
  drained areas. Motorists are advised to exercise appropriate
  caution, and avoid areas where water of unknown depth covers the
  road.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Nashville, Madison, Goodlettsville, Millersville, Greenbrier,
  Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Coopertown, Belle Meade, Ridgetop, Antioch,
  Joelton, Berry Hill, Bells Bend, Whites Creek and Beaman Park.

* Until 430 PM AST

* At 132 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
  drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

The National Weather Service in Great Falls has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Snowmelt in...
  Meagher County in central Montana...

* Until 715 PM MDT Thursday

* Emergency management reported snowmelt causing minor flooding in
  the Ringling area. Several roadways in the area were reported to
  have water running across them. Wet snow that fell last night and
  this morning may add to the flooding issues across parts of the
  county. In addition, warming temperatures this week will lead to
  increasing snowmelt rates. Areas not currently experiencing
  flooding may see flooding by the end of the week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous when flooded. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

* At 621 AM MDT, gauge reports indicated flooding along Frenchman
  Creek.

Frenchman Creek and nearby low lying areas is the most likely place
to experience minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Runoff from snowmelt will cause flooding of small creeks and
streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying spots.

  Snowmelt in...
  Glacier County in north central Montana...

* Until 215 PM MDT Tuesday

* Local law enforcement continues to report that snowmelt is causing
  flooding on Highway 464 (Duck Creek Road) about 20 miles north of
  Browning. Minor flooding issues are expected to linger across
  portions of Glacier County through at least Tuesday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency and ask
them to pass your information along to the National Weather Service
office in Great Falls.

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Rain and Snowmelt in...
  Madison County in southwestern Montana...

* Until 845 PM MDT Tuesday

* At 846 AM MDT, emergency management reported snowmelt causing
  small stream and creek flooding across parts of Madison County. In
  Ennis, Moore`s Creek is flooding and water is approaching some
  nearby homes. In Virginia City, Daylight Creek is flooding.

* As snow continues to melt, water may break loose from areas
  blocked by snow, causing small streams and creeks to quickly rise,
  especially in the valleys. In addition, rain on snow is likely
  later today through this evening which may add to the flooding
  concerns. Some areas not experiencing flooding now may soon see
  flooding by tonight or Monday.

* Some additional locations that may experience flooding include...
  Sheridan, Twin Bridges, Alder, Pony, Silver Star, Harrison,
  Norris, Mcallister, Laurin, Cameron, Waterloo, and Jeffers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are

If in a flood-prone location, take precautions in case flooding
