* EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA...INCLUDING
  BREVARD...INDIAN RIVER...LAKE...MARTIN...OKEECHOBEE...
  ORANGE...OSCEOLA...SEMINOLE...SAINT LUCIE AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES.

* THROUGH THIS EVENING.

* DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE OVER THE REGION WILL CONTINUE TO CREATE A
  THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA TODAY.
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL UP TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE.

* HEAVY RAIN MAY CREATE SIGNIFICANT FLOODING OF STREETS...URBAN
  AREAS...AND LOW LYING FLOOD PRONE AREAS ESPECIALLY WHERE SHOWERS
  AND STORMS MOVE REPEATEDLY OVER THE SAME AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.

MOISTURE FROM THE REMNANTS OF ERIKA WILL CREATE THE POTENTIAL FOR
SOME VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST
FLORIDA TODAY. WIDESPREAD TOTALS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN WITH

  FLOODING WILL LIKELY BE EXACERBATED ON RIVERS CURRENTLY IN
  FLOOD.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT FLOODING IS POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT
24 TO 36 HOURS. RESIDENTS LIVING IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS SHOULD TAKE
