ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 7 PM MST MONDAY.

* TIMING...WINDS INCREASING MONDAY MORNING AND CONTINUING THROUGH
  EARLY MONDAY EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS AT 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES. STRONG CROSSWINDS CAN BE EXPECTED ON HIGHWAYS
  CROSSING THE SNAKE RIVER PLAIN SUCH AS US 20 AND 26...AND I-15
  NORTH OF IDAHO FALLS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 30 MPH ARE EXPECTED. GUSTS
OVER 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING
DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA
