This 'list' also represents the order in which the attributes will appear in the meso table.

Definitions of column titles:

attribute	- name of the meso attribute
low		- the lowest threshold value used to determine the color
of the table box, and trend plot points. The colors are
determined by being equal or greater than the value.
mid		- as above, but the middle threshold.
upp		- as above, but the highest threshold.
rank            - a variable (n/a/d) used to determine if the attribute could
                be used as a basis for re-sorting(re-ranking) in the table.
                "n" means the attribute is non-rankable, "a" means the
                attribute is ranked in 'ascending' order from low to high
                and "d" is for 'descending" order ranked from high to low.
trend           - a logical variable used to determine if a trend can be
		produced for the attribute.
mClr		- a logical variable used to determine if the attribute
		will have boxes(buttons) of different colors in the meso
		table.
clucon		- a logical variable used to determine if the attribute can be
		used as the clutter control attribute.
inTbl		- a logical variable used to determine if the attribute
		will appear in the meso table.
