Synopsis...GREATER FARALLONES...AND CORDELL BANK NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARIES...

HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC WILL MAINTAIN A STRONG SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS. STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEK WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS ANTICIPATED OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS AND ALONG THE BIG SUR COAST. THE STRONG WINDS WILL PRODUCE A FRESH SWELL.

Overnight: N wind 26 to 34 km/h, with gusts as high as 65 km/h. Mostly clear.

Saturday: NNE wind 18 to 23 km/h becoming N 10 to 15 km/h in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 55 km/h. Sunny.

Saturday Night: NNW wind 5 to 10 km/h becoming ENE in the evening. Mostly clear.

Sunday: Variable winds 5 km/h or less. Sunny.

Sunday Night: Variable winds 5 km/h or less. Mostly clear.

Monday: Variable winds 5 km/h or less. Sunny.

Monday Night: Variable winds 5 km/h or less. Partly cloudy.
