NORTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEK WITH THE
STRONGEST WINDS ANTICIPATED OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS AND ALONG
THE BIG SUR COAST. THE STRONG WINDS WILL PRODUCE A FRESH SWELL.
