Synopsis...GREATER FARALLONES...AND CORDELL BANK NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARIES...

HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN PACIFIC WILL MAINTAIN A STRONG SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS. STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEK WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS ANTICIPATED OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS AND ALONG THE BIG SUR COAST. THE STRONG WINDS WILL PRODUCE A FRESH SWELL.

Late Afternoon: W wind around 12 kt. A chance of rain.

Tonight: W wind 7 to 12 kt becoming variable and less than 5 kt. Partly cloudy.

Tuesday: S wind 5 to 10 kt. A chance of rain after 11am.

Tuesday Night: Variable winds 5 kt or less. A chance of rain before 11pm. Áreas dispersadas de fog after 5am.
