WATERS LATE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM
THE WEST ON WEDNESDAY, THEN A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS SOUTH OF
LONG ISLAND THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS ON
FRIDAY.
Tonight: NNW wind 13 to 16 kt, with gusts as high as 27 kt. Rain, mainly before 2am. Seas 1 ft or less.
Friday: NW wind 14 to 17 kt increasing to 17 to 20 kt in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 28 kt. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny. Seas 1 ft or less.
Friday Night: WNW wind 16 to 19 kt decreasing to 13 to 16 kt after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 27 kt. Mostly clear. Seas 1 ft or less.
