Synopsis...A THERMAL TROUGH OVER THE WESTERN OREGON INTERIOR WILL SHIFT EAST OF THE CASCADES THIS AFTERNOON. AS A RESULT... ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS WESTERN WASHINGTON LATE TODAY AND TONIGHT...THEN CONTINUE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. WEAKER ONSHORE FLOW WILL PREVAIL WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Today: SE wind 8 to 17 kt. Rain likely, mainly before 9am. Wind waves around 2 ft.

Tonight: SE wind 5 to 9 kt. Cloudy. Wind waves 1 ft or less.

Tuesday: SSE wind 5 to 9 kt. Rain likely, mainly after 4pm. Wind waves 1 ft or less.

Tuesday Night: SSE wind 8 to 14 kt becoming SW after midnight. Rain. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Wednesday: SW wind 14 to 18 kt becoming W in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 25 kt. Rain likely, mainly before 10am. Wind waves 2 to 3 ft.

Wednesday Night: WSW wind 9 to 14 kt, with gusts as high as 20 kt. Rain likely. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft.

Thursday: SW wind 5 to 9 kt becoming S in the morning. Rain likely. Wind waves 1 ft or less.

Thursday Night: Variable winds 5 kt or less. A chance of rain. Wind waves 1 ft or less.
