Synopsis...A THERMAL TROUGH OVER THE WESTERN OREGON INTERIOR WILL SHIFT EAST OF THE CASCADES THIS AFTERNOON. AS A RESULT... ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS WESTERN WASHINGTON LATE TODAY AND TONIGHT...THEN CONTINUE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. WEAKER ONSHORE FLOW WILL PREVAIL WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Overnight: WNW wind 16 to 23 km/h. Mostly cloudy. Wind waves 1 m or less.

Thursday: NW wind 18 to 23 km/h decreasing to 11 to 16 km/h in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny. Wind waves 1 m or less.

Thursday Night: NNW wind 8 to 11 km/h becoming E in the evening. Increasing clouds. Wind waves 1 m or less.

Friday: N wind around 11 km/h. Mostly cloudy. Wind waves 1 m or less.

Friday Night: NNW wind 8 to 10 km/h becoming SSE after midnight. Rain likely, mainly after 4am. Wind waves 1 m or less.

Saturday: SSE wind 8 to 10 km/h becoming WNW in the afternoon. Rain likely, mainly before 10am. Wind waves 1 m or less.
