Synopsis...WINDS AND SEAS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING SOUTH OF CAPE BLANCO AS A THERMAL TROUGH REMAINS ALONG THE SOUTH COAST. WINDS AND SEAS WILL INCREASE FURTHER ON TUESDAY...WITH GALES POSSIBLE SOUTH OF CAPE BLANCO. INCOMING LOW PRESSURE ON WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY WILL DISRUPT THE THERMAL TROUGH AND HELP WINDS AND SEAS TO SUBSIDE.

This Afternoon: SSE wind 10 to 12 kt. A chance of rain after 4pm. Mixed swell...WNW 7 ft at 12 seconds and WNW 5 ft at 13 seconds. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Tonight: SSE wind 12 to 17 kt increasing to 23 to 28 kt after midnight. Rain, mainly after 10pm. Mixed swell...NW 5 ft at 10 seconds and WNW 4 ft at 12 seconds. Wind waves 2 ft building to 5 ft.

Wednesday: S wind 23 to 28 kt decreasing to 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Rain. Mixed swell...WNW 6 ft at 10 seconds and WNW 3 ft at 12 seconds building to at 17 seconds . Wind waves 6 ft building to 10 ft.

Wednesday Night: SSW wind 5 to 12 kt becoming W in the evening. Rain. Mixed swell...WNW 12 ft and WNW 4 ft. Wind waves 4 to 5 ft.

Thursday: SSW wind around 7 kt. Rain. Mixed swell...WNW 13 ft and SSW 1 ft. Wind waves around 2 ft.

Thursday Night: WSW wind 6 to 15 kt becoming S after midnight. Rain likely. Mixed swell...WNW 11 to 12 ft and SSW 1 ft. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft.

Saturday: S wind 12 to 20 kt, with gusts as high as 27 kt. Rain. Mixed swell...WNW 10 ft and W 4 ft. Wind waves 7 ft subsiding to 3 ft.
