Synopsis...HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO INFLUENCE OUR WEATHER TODAY. A SURFACE TROUGH APPROACHING FROM THE NORTHWEST WILL ARRIVE LATE TONIGHT, FOLLOWED BY A COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE BRIEFLY REGAINS CONTROL WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE IS ANTICIPATED TO MOVE QUICKLY FROM THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY ON THURSDAY TO THE WATERS OFF THE MIDDLE ATLANTIC COAST ON THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL FOLLOW EASTWARD TO THE MIDDLE ATLANTIC COAST LATER FRIDAY THROUGH THE COMING WEEKEND.

This Afternoon: SSW wind 32 to 34 km/h, with gusts as high as 45 km/h. Showers likely, mainly before 3pm. Seas around 1 m.

Tonight: SW wind 24 to 29 km/h becoming NW 16 to 21 km/h. Winds could gust as high as 35 km/h. Scattered showers after 11pm. Seas around 1 m.

Friday: NNW wind 20 to 23 km/h becoming N 14 to 17 km/h in the morning. Showers likely, mainly before 1pm. Seas around 1 m.

Friday Night: ENE wind 5 to 10 km/h increasing to 18 to 23 km/h. A chance of showers after 2am. Seas around 1 m.

Saturday: E wind 26 to 31 km/h becoming E 32 to 37 km/h. Winds could gust as high as 50 km/h. Showers. Seas 1 to 2 m.

Saturday Night: SE wind 21 to 26 km/h becoming S 16 to 21 km/h. Winds could gust as high as 35 km/h. Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 11pm, then a chance of showers between 11pm and 2am. Seas 1 to 2 m.

Sunday: W wind 26 to 29 km/h, with gusts as high as 45 km/h. Sunny. Seas around 1 m.

Sunday Night: W wind 23 to 26 km/h becoming WNW 18 to 21 km/h after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 32 km/h. Mostly clear. Seas around 1 m.

Monday: NW wind 18 to 21 km/h becoming NNE 14 to 17 km/h in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Seas around 1 m.
