TO THE WATERS OFF THE MIDDLE ATLANTIC COAST ON THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH
PRESSURE WILL FOLLOW EASTWARD TO THE MIDDLE ATLANTIC COAST LATER
FRIDAY THROUGH THE COMING WEEKEND.
