WEAK COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST TUESDAY AND DROPS
ACROSS THE AREA TUESDAY NIGHT. THE FRONT BECOMES STALLED NEAR THE
VIRGINIA AND NORTH CAROLINA BORDER AS WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS
ALONG THE FRONT THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
Tonight: N wind 6 to 9 kt increasing to 9 to 12 kt in the evening. Clear. Waves 1 to 2 ft.
Tuesday: N wind 8 to 11 kt becoming NNE 5 to 8 kt in the afternoon. Increasing clouds. Waves 1 to 2 ft.
Tuesday Night: ENE wind 7 to 10 kt becoming N after midnight. A chance of showers after 1am. Waves around 1 ft.
Wednesday: N wind 11 to 14 kt becoming NNW 15 to 18 kt in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 24 kt. A chance of showers before 1pm. Waves 2 to 3 ft.
Wednesday Night: NNW wind 15 to 19 kt, with gusts as high as 25 kt. Partly cloudy. Waves 2 to 3 ft.
